If individual can have 2000+ hectares of farm land, nothing should stop any government from having more to fulfill the fundamental constitutional obligations of the government. Government should have geopolitical farms.

The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) mandated to ensure food security in crop, livestock and fisheries and National Centre For Agricultural Mechanisation (NCAM) mandated to mechanize Nigeria’s agriculture by developing simple need-based technology that reduces drudgery, increases farm productivity and improves farmers’ efficiency have not been able to meet their core values. Government should ensure effective and efficient functioning of all the agricultural related ministry and agencies.
